I am an expert in the intersection between criminal and immigration law and can provide criminal defense attorneys with a detailed memo on the immigration consequences of criminal charges and convictions for their clients, as well as follow-up work, for a reasonable flat fee.
I provide local group consultations in Bay Area homes, often the homes of families who employ immigrants. Along with giving immigration advice to attendees, I can refer those who may have a good case to exactly the right attorney with experience in that area. These in-home consultations have been very well-received and I can provide references.
I am fluent in Spanish.
